As a Product Management Assistant at ETEL, she helps turn complexity into clarity – supporting technical teams, connecting people and keeping projects moving. Her story isn’t about grand milestones, but about the quiet confidence that comes from learning something new every single day.
When did you first realize this could be your path?
There wasn’t one defining moment when everything suddenly became clear. Instead, it happened gradually. Having worked closely with engineers for several years, the technical environment already felt familiar. What really made the difference were the small opportunities I was given to support different teams, even when I was still relatively new. At first, I wasn’t sure how much I could contribute. But every time someone trusted me with more responsibility, my confidence grew. Looking back, it was those small moments of trust that showed me I could truly make a difference.
Was there a moment that changed the way you think about your work?
Rather than one defining experience, I had an important realization: I don’t need to know everything to contribute. What really matters is being willing to understand a situation, ask the right questions and work towards the best possible solution. That mindset removed a lot of unnecessary pressure and still guides the way I approach new challenges today.

What still excites you most about your work?
I’ve always enjoyed environments where there is something new to discover. Working alongside people who know far more than I do is something I genuinely appreciate. Every conversation becomes an opportunity to learn, and every project teaches me something different. That constant learning is what keeps my work interesting.
How would you describe your role at ETEL?
I usually say that I support technical teams without being an engineer myself. My role is to create the right conditions for projects to move forward efficiently. I help coordinate information, connect people and remove obstacles so engineers can focus on what they do best. It’s all about helping ideas become reality.

What surprised you when you joined ETEL?
How quickly everything moved.
There was far more to learn than I had expected, and the different departments were much more interconnected than I imagined. At the same time, I was impressed by how approachable everyone was. People were always willing to answer questions and share their knowledge. It made me realize that you don’t need to know everything from the start – you simply need to stay curious.
When do you feel you’re making a difference?
Usually during the small moments. Helping clarify information, solving a problem or keeping a project moving may seem like small contributions, but together they make a real difference. I also enjoy gradually understanding how all the different pieces fit together. Every new connection feels like progress.
What does career mean to you today?
For me, career isn’t about titles or reaching a particular position. It’s about doing meaningful work, supporting the people around me and continuing to grow a little every day. As long as I’m learning and contributing, I feel I’m moving in the right direction.
What would you like to develop next?
I’d like to become even more confident when dealing with complex situations. That means asking better questions, bringing more structure to challenges and feeling increasingly comfortable when things aren’t immediately clear.
For me, it’s not about becoming the technical expert – it’s about becoming better at helping teams find the best way forward.
How do you recharge outside work?
My horse. Riding every day gives me the perfect opportunity to disconnect from work, clear my mind and recharge.
What’s something people might not expect about you?
Probably horse riding. It’s a big part of my life, but because it rarely comes up at work, people are often surprised to discover that I own a horse and ride almost every day.
