Your tasks

• Act as the key contact for dedicated customers to ensure complete solutions with ETEL products for their applications;
• Provide technical training and support to subsidiaries, and customers on the use of ETEL products;
• Create, maintain, and update training and course materials;
• Generate and update application and technical notes;
• Act as an expert on ETEL products, understanding their use in different customer contexts;
• Analyze problems and find solutions to meet customer and market needs;
• Develop best-known methods and best practices for the use of ETEL products;
• Support our sales teams by providing demos and technical information on our products and assist them during customer negotiations;
• Perform commissioning of ETEL products, tests and demonstration;
• Recommend product improvements;
• This function includes around 20% of business travel.

Your profile

• Bachelor or Master Degree in engineering (electronic, mechatronic, physics or equivalent);
• 5 years’ experience in the field of applications engineering;
• Proven experience in mechatronics or industrial machine design is an asset;
• Good programming skills such as C++/C#, Matlab, Python, etc.;
• Knowledge of control/regulation theory;
