Your tasks
- Act as the key contact for dedicated customers to ensure complete solutions with ETEL products for their applications;
- Provide technical training and support to subsidiaries, and customers on the use of ETEL products;
- Create, maintain, and update training and course materials;
- Generate and update application and technical notes;
- Act as an expert on ETEL products, understanding their use in different customer contexts;
- Analyze problems and find solutions to meet customer and market needs;
- Develop best-known methods and best practices for the use of ETEL products;
- Support our sales teams by providing demos and technical information on our products and assist them during customer negotiations;
- Perform commissioning of ETEL products, tests and demonstration;
- Recommend product improvements;
- This function includes around 20% of business travel.
Your profile
- Bachelor or Master Degree in engineering (electronic, mechatronic, physics or equivalent);
- 5 years’ experience in the field of applications engineering;
- Proven experience in mechatronics or industrial machine design is an asset;
- Good programming skills such as C++/C#, Matlab, Python, etc.;
- Knowledge of control/regulation theory;
