Your mission
- Maintain, configure and ensure reliable operation of company's IT network, servers, security systems and virtualization;
- Plan and perform or delegate regular backup operations. Implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures;
- Plan systems capacities and storage space in order to ensure reliability and optimal performance;
- Maintain network and system security;
- Actively participate or coordinate company and corporate projects;
- Organize and coordinate solutions testing and deployment;
- Perform maintenance work during week-ends in accordance with corporate planning;
- Ensure 2nd level support on network, servers and communication’s systems and escalate 3rd level support to the Headquarters or service providers.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology;
- Proven 5 years work experience within an IT services as system and/or network administrator;
- Proven experience in projects management;
- Experience in an international and high-tech group;
- ITIL certifications is a plus;
- High-level problem-solving skills;
- Organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Fluent in French and English.
