ETEL has formulated the following principles for ensuring business success:
- Attentive service to the Customer - Continuity of the Company - Satisfaction, efficiency and safety of our Employees
It is self-evident that "Attentive service to the Customer" must be given highest priority in all our activities in order to achieve and exceed customers' needs and expectations, not solely for final products, but rather to all activities and to the results of any activity within the scope of the company.
The "Continuity of the Company" is ensured by the quality at the source (from products design), cost control, measurement of process efficiency and of course continuous improvement.
All of this must be achieved without any detrimental consequences to the "Satisfaction, efficiency and safety of our Employees" or to our environment. We must strive for maximum safety and environmental protection, at an economically reasonable cost.
The above basic principles apply to each manufacturing unit of ETEL S.A. based in Switzerland. To clearly and effectively translate them into daily practice, the management has defined internal regulations and directives that are binding policy for all personnel.
Every employee is expected to work and act on his own responsibility in compliance with these principles.
