Systems R&D Manager (w/m)

Your mission

-          Plan and budget motion systems development activities (together with projects managers). -          Review, approve technical and budget offers of motion systems to be developed. -          Provide technical guidance to development teams based on sound mechatronic knowledge. -          Manage motion systems development activities, setting priorities, resources and proper budget allocation. -          Lead technological innovation development activities.

Your profile

-          Master or PhD in Electronics, Aeronautics, Mechanical engineering or Physics -          At least 10 years in development of multidisciplinary and positioning systems, familiar with the basic design patterns of precision engineering and their application. -          At least 3 years in multidisciplinary projects and teams management. -          Advantageous: good presentation skills, previous similar R&D group management experience and familiar with advanced mechatronics and their market applications. -          English and preferably also French: read, write and fluent speaking. -          Assertive and decision maker. -          Team leadership capabilities. -          Team work ability.
