- Master or PhD in Electronics, Aeronautics, Mechanical engineering or Physics.
- At least 6 years in development of multidisciplinary and positioning systems, familiar with the basic design patterns of precision engineering and their application.
- At least 3 years in multidisciplinary projects and teams management.
- Familiar with project management tools such as MSProject, FMECA, Reliability Engineering Management methods, and technical risk management.
- Experienced in technical contacts and discussions with customers.
- Basic knowledge in basic complementary disciplines like optics, video, data acquisition, electronics, communication, etc.
- Advantageous: good presentation skills, familiar with advanced mechatronics and their market applications, basic understanding of bearings, motors, power electronics and their critical characteristics; software knowledge such as Visual Basic, C++, or other standard industry SW development language.
- English and preferably French: read, write and fluent speaking.
- Assertive and decision maker.
