Motors Constructor Engineer (w/m)

Your mission

Development of  new torque and linear motors: -          Working as a member of an R&D product development team on mechanical calculations and construction. -          Participation in mechanical and/or thermomechanical design, in FMEA and follow-up. -          Creation of drawings, data sheets and bill of material for prototype and series motors. -          Investigation and implementation of new production technologies. -          Performing prototype and production tooling design and coordinate tooling construction. -          Participation in developing standardization concepts for motor families and related components. -          Contact with suppliers for motor and tooling parts in cooperation with the Supply Chain department.

Your profile

-          Degree from Professional Engineering School (HES) or post-grade in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field. -          At least 3 years in development engineering and construction environment. -          Confirmed experience in mechanical product and tooling construction. -          Good understanding of tooling and machining related costs. -          Very good knowledge of ProE, preferably also Autocad. -          Ability to develop into electromagnetic or mechanical design engineering. -          Fluent in English and French.
