Within the Motors Business Unit, the Quality Assurance Engineer has to :
- Participate in the products development process to propose, implement and maintain a relevant risk management approach (Functional Analysis, FMEA, reliability…). He monitors that the products qualification plan covers all specifications related to the performance of the products and to the regulations (CE…) in force.
- Monitor the problem solving process within the Manufacturing process (8D method).
- Coordinate the customer complaints handling process and make sure that FMEA are updated with feedback from past experience.
- Analyze the quality and performance levels achieved and report to the BU Director and to the Quality Manager. |

- Engineer in mechanics, microtechnics or mecatronics. A post-grade in Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety is a plus.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in automotive, semiconductor or aeronautics industry (development, production or supply chain).
- Good quality knowledge (ISO9001 standard, lean approach, ISO14001 is a plus).
- Perfect command of : functional analysis, block functional diagram, analysis of the value, FMEA, APQP, problem solving process, SPC, reliability, design of experience is a plus.
- Bilingual French/English, German is a plus.
- Sense of organization, autonomy, rigor and pragmatics.
- Facility of communication and capacity to convince.
- Strong leadership. |
