Software/Electronics R&D Engineer (w/m)

Your mission

Development of high performances motion controller for our electronics and motion system business. -          Development of Embedded software, FPGA and hardware solutions. -          Software/Hardware specifications, design and implementation on DSP and PC like platforms. -          Planning of Software/Hardware tests, participation in qualification of the final electronic product and test bench design. -          Software/FPGA/hardware modifications for continues improvement of quality and performance of our electronic products.

Your profile

-          Graduate with master/bachelor degree in electronics. -          Minimum three years professional experience in software/electronic engineering. -          Experience in design of low-level Software, real-time applications and Hardware device drivers. -          Programming of Intel x86 processors, PowerPC and/or DSP. -          Knowledge on communication protocols, such as TCP/IP or industrial field bus protocols. -          Operation Systems : Windows, Linux, Real-Time OS. -          Programming Languages : C, C++, advantage: programming in VHDL for FPGA, knowledge of Assembler. -          Advantage is: experience in the field of automation or robotics, preferable with knowledge on machine control processes, experience on the processes of Software engineering projects. -          Fluent in English and French. -          Ability to work in teams, analytical, problem solving, working independently, quick reacting and delivering within given deadlines.
