SENIOR MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE REQUIRED TO CONCEPT, DESIGN, ANALYS AND DEVELOP HIGH ACCURACY AND DYNAMICS MOTION SYSTEMS FOR VARIOUS MARKETS IN A HIGH END INDUSTRIAL ENVIRONMENTS.
OUR CANDIDATE WILL REPORT TO THE SYSTEMS R&D MANAGER. |

Your responsibilities: |
|
- Concept design, analysis and development of high accuracy and high dynamics motion systems for various markets in a high end industrial environments ;
- design product platforms as a basis for a family of products (sizes, loads, accuracies) ;
- Mechanical design of high accuracy and high dynamics motion systems ;
- Evaluate new components and materials critical to achieve high accuracy motion systems ;
- Perform dynamic analysis on motion multidimensional structures ;
- Participate in system integration and qualification testing activities ;
- Perform life estimations of motion systems ;
- lead transfer activities from development to industrialization phase ;

Your qualifications: |
|
- Bachelor/ master degree in mechanics ;
- at least 10 years of experience in development and multidisciplinary motion systems kinematic and dynamic aspects ;
- Very good knowledge on bearings, linear, rotational, mechanical and air ;
- Very good knowledge in FEA ;
- Knowledge in positioning, speed, acceleration metrology methods ;
- Knowledge in sensors, actuators and error budget calculation ;
- Proficient in ProE ;
- Fluent in french and english ;
